Reg Javier
Reg Javier is a recognized leader with over 30 years of experience in workforce and economic development at the local, state, and national levels. He has held executive leadership roles, including Deputy Executive Officer of the County of San Bernardino Economic Development Agency and Executive Director of California’s Employment Training Panel. His expertise spans workforce policy, economic growth strategies, business attraction, regional development, and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he has helped align government, education, workforce systems, and private institutions to drive sustainable economic growth.

With over 25 years in the workforce industry, Tom is performance- and results-driven, with a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and integrity. He brings deep experience in board governance, employer engagement, and workforce system design, and has supported Workforce Development Boards nationwide through strategic planning and WIOA plan development.
